Welcome to ACED MEDIA! We look forward to working with you and bringing your vision to life. To ensure a smooth collaboration, we have outlined the following booking terms. These terms are binding and apply to all services offered by ACED MEDIA. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment
   - Quotes and Approval: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. A project is only confirmed once written approval of the quote is received and a 50% deposit of the total project fee is paid.
   - Payment Terms: The remaining 50% must be paid within 14 days after delivery of the final product. ACED MEDIA reserves the right to withhold the final product until full payment is received.
   - Cancellation Fees: If the client cancels the project for any reason, 30% of the total quote amount will be charged as cancellation fees. This amount is non-refundable and compensates for reserved time and resources.

2. Changes and Adjustments
   - Revisions: The quoted price includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at our hourly rate as specified in the quote.
   - Changes After Approval: Any changes to the project after quote approval, such as changes in scope, schedule, or specifications, may incur additional costs and/or extend the delivery time.

3. Scheduling and Delivery
   - Shoot and Delivery Dates: Shoot and delivery dates are scheduled in consultation and are subject to availability. ACED MEDIA will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
   - File Storage: Completed projects will be stored by ACED MEDIA for 30 days after delivery. After this period, a storage fee may apply. It is the client’s responsibility to back up the delivered files.

4. Liability and Insurance
   - Liability: ACED MEDIA is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, including data loss, lost profits, or other financial losses arising from the use of our services.
   - Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that make project execution impossible, ACED MEDIA will not be held liable. In such cases, the client will be informed as soon as possible, and a new date or suitable solution will be arranged in consultation.

5. Intellectual Property
   - Copyright and Usage Rights: All intellectual property rights to the materials provided by ACED MEDIA remain with ACED MEDIA until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive usage right for the final product.
   - Self-Promotion Use: ACED MEDIA reserves the right to use the final product for self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality
   - Both ACED MEDIA and the client agree to keep all confidential information received during the collaboration confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent from the other party.

7. Governing Law and Disputes
   - Governing Law: All agreements between ACED MEDIA and the client are governed by Dutch law.
   - Disputes: Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where ACED MEDIA is located.
