Welcome to ACED MEDIA. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by ACED MEDIA through our website www.acedmedia.nl and other communication channels. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General All quotes, contracts, and deliveries by ACED MEDIA are subject to these terms and conditions. Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Services ACED MEDIA provides creative media solutions, including video production, photography, graphic design, and other related services. The specifications of the services offered will be clearly outlined in the quote and/or contract.

3. Quotes and Pricing All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. ACED MEDIA reserves the right to revise quotes in the event of changes to project scope, schedule, or specifications.

4. Payment Payment is made in two installments: 50% of the total amount is due upon approval of the quote, and the remaining 50% is due within 14 days after delivery of the final product. ACED MEDIA reserves the right to suspend or cancel further services in the event of late payment.

5. Cancellation and Changes In case of cancellation by the client, 30% of the total quoted amount will be charged as cancellation fees. Changes to the project scope or specifications after quote approval may incur additional costs and/or extend the delivery time.

6. Delivery and Deadlines ACED MEDIA will make every effort to deliver all services within the agreed timeframe. Deadlines are provided as estimates, and ACED MEDIA is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to content created by ACED MEDIA remain the property of ACED MEDIA until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client obtains a non-exclusive license to use the final product for the purposes specified in the quote or contract.

8. Liability ACED MEDIA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, income, or data. ACED MEDIA’s liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant service.

9. Force Majeure ACED MEDIA is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, strikes, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Confidentiality ACED MEDIA and the client agree to keep all confidential information received during the collaboration secret and not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of the other party.

11. Termination ACED MEDIA reserves the right to terminate any agreement immediately if the client defaults on payment or if there is significant breach of contract.

12. Governing Law and Disputes Dutch law applies to all agreements between ACED MEDIA and the client. Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where ACED MEDIA is located.

13. Amendments to Terms ACED MEDIA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.
